👀 Role overview
You don’t need to be a CRM expert. You need to be a smart, ambitious marketer who’s hungry to own something big and grow fast.
CRM is already a meaningful growth driver for Honest, supporting both acquisition and retention as one of our most cost-effective channels.
But it’s nowhere near its ceiling. That’s the opportunity.
In this role, you’ll own CRM end-to-end: shaping strategy, executing campaigns and optimising the entire funnel. From creating demand to acquiring new customers, driving renewals and referrals, you’ll touch every part of the customer journey.
Everyone who’s ever signed up to Honest will hear from you. You're not just running a channel, you're the voice of Honest to hundreds of thousands of people. Your work will shape how they feel about Honest, what they do next and whether they become a loyal fan who introduces their friends.
Reporting into the Head of Brand & Marketing, you’ll work closely with leaders across the business, get exposure to every function, and build the kind of end-to-end ownership that will accelerate your marketing career.
🚀 What you’ll do
Supported by the Head of Brand & Marketing and Head of Growth, lead CRM strategy, execution and reporting across the customer lifecycle – from acquisition to retention, up-selling and referrals – via email, notifications, SMS and WhatsApp
Building and scaling a test-and-learn engine, relentlessly experimenting, segmenting and optimising to improve performance
Getting deep into our CRM platform to manage segments, run tests, create complex workflows and other technical tasks
Crafting compelling copy that goes beyond functional messaging to create best-in-class customer journeys
Being a proactive member of the marketing team, getting stuck into brainstorms, contributing to growth, and supporting wider team efforts
Working closely with teams across the business, including founders, marketing, growth, ops, product and tech to support business objectives
🙋 About you
3-5 years of experience in marketing/growth/CRM. You’re a future Head of Marketing who sees owning a channel end-to-end as the opportunity it is
Ambitious marketer, happiest straddling brand and growth. You’re data-driven but know it’s great ideas and creative that gets results
Proactive self-starter, comfortable working autonomously while managing stakeholders and competing priorities
Insatiably curious, driven to relentlessly test, learn and prove what works. You constantly want to learn and try new things
Comfortable crafting copy that converts and drives action while showcasing brand personality
Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and often-changing environment
Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and unwaveringly high standards
Bonus points if already in a subscription business, have dedicated CRM and/or data experience (e.g. SQL)
