The Role in a Nutshell

We're looking for an automation-first People Data & Systems Advisor to lead our data initiatives and serve as the architect and first point of contact of our HR tech stack. While you will support core compensation data—including benchmarking, job leveling, and EU Pay Transparency readiness—your primary focus will be on data analysis, integrity, systems integration, reporting and advanced automation.

You'll also drive the automation agenda: identifying manual processes across the employee lifecycle and re-engineering them into streamlined, AI-enabled workflows.

  • Serve as the go-to expert for People analytics, driving data compliance, delivering strategic analysis and quarterly People Reviews for key stakeholders, and partnering with Finance to spearhead People-related audits.

  • Support compensation end-to-end — salary benchmarking, range development, job leveling, and readiness for the EU Pay Transparency Directive

  • Lead compensation reporting — pay equity analysis, gender pay gap reporting, benchmarking, and STI/LTI program administration

  • Be the global owner of our HRIS and other tools — data accuracy, consolidation across tools, and support for audits and quarterly People Reviews

  • Drive process automation and AI adoption — auditing HR lifecycle workflows (onboarding, offboarding, role changes) and rebuilding them as automated, streamlined experiences

  • Bridge People and IT/Engineering — ensuring clean API integrations, provisioning workflows, and stack alignment

  • Build AI literacy across the People team — training others on prompting and automation shortcuts that save time

Is This You?

You're the person who spots a manual process and can't help but fix it. Numbers don't intimidate you — you use them to make the case. You've navigated compensation frameworks, equity plans, or pay equity work and actually enjoyed it. And you're excited by AI and automation, not just as buzzwords, but as tools to make people's work lives better.

If that sounds like you, we'd love to meet you.

What You Bring

  • 2–3 years of experience in data analysis and HR roles

  • Working knowledge of compensation frameworks and reward instruments

  • Experience with pay equity analysis, gender pay gap reporting, and compensation compliance

  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; Power BI or Tableau a plus

  • Comfort managing cross-functional projects with competing stakeholder needs

  • Sharp communication skills — you can translate data into decisions for non-HR leadership

  • Fluent English

  • Experience with workflow automation platforms and LLM/AI productivity tools

Nice to Have

International payroll/tax exposure, startup or high-growth experience, equity incentive plans, German/Portuguese/Dutch fluency, HRIS experience (e.g., BambooHR).

Our Values

  • We are entrepreneurs — get things done, dare, always have a plan B.

  • We enjoy what we do — assume positive intent, treat problems as opportunities.

  • We act with integrity — radically candid, always asking why.

  • We are ambitious — details matter, data over opinions.

  • We are team players — own your work, no ego, disagree and commit.

Benefits:

  • Hybrid work policy (remote + office).

  • 22 annual leave days +2 days extra days for every year of tenure (up to 6).

  • 5 training days per year.

  • Private health insurance provided by Tranquilidade.

  • Food allowance of 7.62€/worked day under by Coverflex.

  • 24/7 confidential employee assistance program.
