The Role The Production Manager will play a key role in the operational planning and delivery of our events. Working closely with the Senior Event Experience Manager this role will ensure that events are inclusive, safe, and inspiring for all participants, our workforce and spectators. Key Responsibilities Lead on the operational planning and delivery of events, including site visits, licensing, and stakeholder liaison. Produce detailed planning documentation, including CAD/Iventis plans, production schedules, and safety documentation. Serve as Operations Lead for key LME owned events and act as a Client Lead on partnership events. Support the development of inclusive event experiences, ensuring accessibility and participant needs are embedded in delivery plans. Collaborate with both the the wider LME team to support events, offering operational guidance and logistical support. Work with suppliers, contractor sand internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of events, including logistics, equipment, branding, and workforce planning. Assist in the development of toolkits and resources to deliver their own events safely and professionally. Contribute to event debriefs and continuous improvement processes, gathering feedback from participants, partners and stakeholders. Support the delivery of inclusive events through a DEI lens, actively identifying and mitigating barriers to participation for underrepresented communities Lead process on impact reporting &feedback through a Social Impact lens. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in event production or operations, ideally within mass participation. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Confident working independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Experience working with diverse events and a passion for inclusive event delivery. Understanding of health and safety principles and event licensing processes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A collaborative mindset Experience with project management tools and event planning software. IOSH Managing Safely qualification (desirable).
