Role Summary

  • Manage, maintain, and enhance the CRM system.

Role Requirements

  • 4+ years CRM experience, ideally in e-commerce.
  • Knowledge of tools like Hubspot and others.
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Precision in work, analytical mindset.
  • Fluency in English and Polish (min. C1).

We are looking for experienced CRM Specialist who is interested in digging into our business and focus on building long-term client relationships. By leveraging data-driven marketing, and continuously improving our CRM and sales processes.

Your duties: Manage, maintain, and develop the CRM system (optimization, enhancements, performance) Plan and execute CRM campaigns (email marketing, marketing automation, customer segmentation) Analyze customer data to identify insights and improve targeting and engagement Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to drive business performance Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and provide actionable recommendations Optimize website email capture - continually propose, execute and evaluate methods to drive the acquisition of high-quality emails Proactively explore new ideas and propose solutions, continuously test new opportunities and tools Support digital transformation and automation initiatives

Requirements: 4+ years of related CRM experience – ideally from an ecommerce business Practical knowledge and skills in tools such as e.g. Hubspot, User.com, Drip, Iterable, Klaviyo, Twilio, Zapier Good grasp of digital marketing channels such as SEO, PPC advertising, targeted display advertising, and social media Strong project management skills and experience working cross-functionally (you feel comfortable dealing with multiple projects at once and enjoy seeing their synergies) Precision and scrupulosity so you're able to catch every missing dot in the copy Analytical mindset - you know how to set goals and measure results using data Good visual understanding - an eye for visuals - ability to provide feedback and recommendations for artwork and design of our communication Problem-solving attitude - you’d rather solve something yourself rather than forward it to others Growth marketing mindset, tech-driven approach and a knack for innovation Fluency in English and Polish (min. C1)
