A Rare Opportunity to Capture Stories That Matter
Behind every veterinary success story is a battle fought and
won for an animal’s welfare.
For over a decade, Animal Doctors International (ADI) has
been the gold standard for veterinary care in Vietnam, Laos,
and Cambodia, delivering expert clinical services, pet
relocation, and leading outreach programs in some of the
most remote and challenging environments.
Our work is:
• The high-stakes precision of surgery,
• The reassuring presence of a veterinarian saving a
beloved pet,
• The expertise behind a seamless international pet
relocation,
• And the life-changing impact of treating an elephant in
the jungles of Laos and Cambodia.
Every day, ADI’s team works to protect, heal, and support animals and the people who love them.
Yet, so much of this remains unseen.
This internship is about changing that.
What You’ll Do
• Capture ADI’s veterinary expertise—showcase the advanced skills, training, and procedures that make our team the best in the region.
• Document the emotion and complexity behind our work.
• Film and photograph across our hospitals and outreach programs.
• Highlight our collaborations with NGOs and non-profits—illustrating our commitment to animal welfare beyond traditional clinical settings.
• Engage pet owners—help them understand why our work is different, why our expertise matters, and why ADI is the only choice for world-class veterinary care in Indochina.
• Create persuasive, documentary-style content—that supports our growth, our outreach, and our ability to help more animals.
• Work with ADI leadership to develop a three-month content plan, ensuring we are producing the most impactful stories together.
• Balance fieldwork with structured content creation—researching, scripting, and shaping the narrative behind our work.
Who We’re Looking For
• A storyteller with a purpose—who sees veterinary medicine as a lifeline.
• A people person—who puts interviewees at ease and captures honest, emotional stories.
• A documentary-style filmmaker or photographer—skilled in
videography, photography, and digital content.
• A strategic thinker—who crafts narratives that inform, persuade, and engage.
• A detail-oriented observer—who captures both dramatic and quiet moments.
• An independent worker—comfortable with fieldwork,
post-production, and schedules.
• A passionate advocate for animal welfare—who believes in its impact and wants to share it.
