Role Summary

The Role: As the M1 Brand Manager at tem, you will lead the team responsible for delivering tem's brand strategy and narrative consistently across all touchpoints. This role involves managing Brand Individual Contributors (ICs) and Experts, deploying resources effectively, and establishing systems to maintain clarity and quality as we scale. You will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer and potentially to an incoming VP in the future. Your responsibilities include performance management, hiring, resource deployment, and establishing an operating rhythm for brand execution.
Responsibilities: You will build and lead the brand execution and content team, manage the performance and development of Brand ICs and Experts, and ensure the content is clearly owned across priority areas. Additionally, you will run the execution operating system, establish brand standards, and embed AI-enabled workflows to enhance speed and quality.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have experience managing brand, creative, or content teams, exhibit strong judgment across brand execution, and be capable of running multiple workstreams while maintaining high standards. A systems mindset and comfort using AI tools are essential. Experience in fintech, infrastructure, AI, or regulated industries is a plus.
