Role Summary
- Blend analytical prowess with storytelling, influential, and cross-functional leadership to drive growth

Role Requirements
- 8+ years of retail CPG experience in Category Management, Insights, Business Intelligence, or Sales Strategy
- FMCG experience is a plus
- Vast knowledge of CPG industry data, insight vendors, and their tools
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams and cross-functional initiatives
- Strategic thinker, capable of connecting disparate data sources and delivering go-forward recommendations

You will build and lead a growing Category Management & Insights team, develop long-term category visions, create compelling category stories for key retailers, identify market opportunities, and lead annual category planning. Additionally, you will oversee consumer research, manage POS contracts, and collaborate with various teams to shape brand strategy and anticipate market shifts.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have at least 8+ years of experience in retail CPG, particularly with Category Management, Insights, Business Intelligence, or Sales Strategy. Experience in FMCG is a plus. You should have extensive knowledge of CPG industry data, insights vendors, and their tools. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams or cross-functional initiatives are essential. You should also be a strategic thinker, capable of connecting disparate data sources and formulating go-forward recommendations.
