Role Requirements
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across all organizational levels
- Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree with 5+ years experience in Global Rewards
- Comfort with complex data sets, ability to focus on detail, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Impressive skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Understanding of relevant European regulations impacting rewards and abilities in HRIS/HCM platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors)
- Fluent in English

THE ROLE: We are looking for a data-loving and analytical mind to join our Global Rewards team who also loves being directly in the business, working with leaders. Global Rewards at Oatly is responsible for developing the rewards strategy and creating reward structures that help Oatly attract, retain, and motivate the best talent. The role involves working closely with leaders across the People team, the business, Finance, and external vendors to deliver solutions that align with our business and people strategy. We are a very fast-paced environment with an ongoing transformation as we evolve into our next phase of maturity. This means we have the perfect opportunity to design and embed a Global Rewards strategy that truly supports our organization, and this role is key to framing that. You won't just be running processes; you'll be helping us build the framework.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: You naturally build relationships and engage across all levels of the organization. You know your stuff, but you're always keen to adapt solutions to our unique context rather than following a textbook. You are highly collaborative and energized by the challenge of building new things that benefit our people. Crucially, you are comfortable with the ambiguity and chaos that comes with maturing a fast-paced global company. Your communication style must be confident, clear, and convincing. You influence people not through corporate speak, but with deep knowledge, listening to their needs, and a crystal-clear thought process. Other key competencies and experiences: Bachelor's or Master's Degree with 5+ years of direct experience in Global Rewards. You are comfortable with complex data sets and pay extreme attention to detail, taking pride in the quality of the work you deliver. The ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure to deliver with speed and impact. Excellent comfort with MS Office and especially strong within Excel and PowerPoint, you know how to make your work easier! Understanding of key European regulations impacting rewards, such as experience working on projects like the Pay Transparency Directive (PTD), is highly advantageous. Experience working with a major HRIS/HCM platforms (e.g., Workday or SuccessFactors) for data extraction and process management is highly valued. You speak, write, and read English fluently.
