Oatly AB is a pioneer in the plant-based food and beverage industry and is widely celebrated for its popular 'Barista Edition' amongst other products. As an integral cog in the dynamic Oatly team, you'll have the exciting opportunity to drive market expansion and influence the plant-based movement throughout the retail food sector in Switzerland.

Key role responsibilities:

  • Manage key accounts in the FMCG sector in Switzerland.
  • Implement strategies to position Oatly as the leading dairy alternative brand.
  • Work with an authentic and energetic approach, exemplifying the values of Oatly.


Job requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Key Account Management in the FMCG sector.
  • Willingness to travel primarily within Switzerland.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with analysis tools like Nielsen.
  • Fluency in German and English; proficiency in French is an added advantage.
  • Residency in or around Vienna and periodic work from our Vienna office.

Oatly AB, a pioneer in the plant-based movement, has been at the forefront of the modern oat drink since the 1990s. Our Barista Edition is the leading brand among milk alternatives, popular in both specialty cafes and home refrigerators. From our Berlin headquarters, we manage activities across the DACH region and Poland, driving the plant-based movement with a team that functions like interlocking gears.

The role: As a Key Account Manager for the FMCG sector in Switzerland, you will support the successful implementation and establishment of our brand and products in the retail food sector. Your goal is to position us as the leading dairy alternative brand in Switzerland. This role requires a blend of expertise, the right mindset, and a touch of positive madness to achieve significant long-term results with our clients. You will represent our brand with authenticity and energy, fully embracing and promoting our values.

Job requirements: You should have at least 2 years of experience in Key Account Management within the FMCG sector, preferably in the food area in Austria and/or Switzerland. A willingness to travel primarily to clients in Switzerland is essential. You should have strong analytical skills, experience with analysis tools like Nielsen, and be fluent in German and English; French would be a bonus. Living in or around Vienna and being able to work regularly in our Vienna office is required.
