Role Summary

Role Requirements
- A bachelor's degree and 8 years of retail sales experience in the CPG industry, with at least 3 years of business leading experience with Whole Foods and/or Sprouts
- Experience with UNFI systems and practices preferred.
- Solid understanding of trade math, promotional planning, and forecasting.
- Proactive, strong leadership skills, and comfortable working remotely.

The role: We are seeking a National Accounts Manager to oversee our relationships with Whole Foods, Sprouts, and UNFI. This position reports to the VP of Retail Commercial Strategy & Natural. Your responsibilities will include creating and executing long-term strategic plans for these accounts, driving sales growth, managing day-to-day business needs, and building strong relationships within these organizations. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of these plans.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of retail sales experience in the CPG industry, including a minimum of 3 years leading business with Whole Foods and/or Sprouts. Experience with UNFI's systems and practices is preferred, as well as a solid understanding of trade math, promotional planning, and forecasting. Candidates should be proactive, have strong leadership skills, and be comfortable working remotely.
