Role Summary
- As the National Field Lead for Germany, you will guide our LEH field team of 20 people.
- Your main responsibilities include driving Oatly's presence in the retail food market through perfect execution, strong distribution, visibility, and fostering strong relationships with trade partners.
- You will mentor and inspire your team, setting clear objectives to make Oatly a success in the LEH market.
Role Requirements
- Applicants need a minimum of 2 years of experience leading an LEH field team and familiarity with the German LEH's structures, processes, and dynamics.
- Having a strategic, structured mindset, enjoying responsibility and the ability to strive in a fast-paced, diverse environment are core capabilities for this role.
- Experience in growing organizations or undergoing transformation processes is a plus.
- Fluency in German and proficiency in English are mandatory.

You will develop, coach, and inspire your team, setting clear goals and priorities to make Oatly tangible and successful in LEH.
Job requirements: You should have at least 2 years of experience leading an LEH field team and be familiar with the structures, processes, and dynamics within the German LEH. You should be strategic, structured, enjoy responsibility, and thrive in a fast-paced, varied environment. Experience in growth organizations or transformation processes is a plus. Fluency in German and proficiency in English are required.
