Role Summary:
- Ensuring daily adherence to SOPs
- Conducting plant inspections

Role Requirements:
- 18 years or older
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Preferably 2-4 years of schooling in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biology, or equivalent fields
- At least 2 years of lab testing experience
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Superior communication skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision

The role: As a Quality Control Technician at our Millville, New Jersey site, you will be responsible for monitoring and verifying daily compliance with SOPs, performing plant inspections, ensuring the site follows Good Manufacturing Practices, and conducting various quality control lab tests. You will also be involved in creating Certificates of Analysis for product release, maintaining logs and records, and working closely with operations, engineering, and purchasing departments to resolve quality issues.
Job requirements: Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to read, write, and speak English. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required, and 2-4 years of schooling in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biology, or related fields is preferred. Additionally, you should have at least 2 years of lab testing experience, strong mathematical skills, excellent attention to detail, and superior communication skills. The ability to work with minimal supervision and in varying temperature conditions is also necessary.
