Role Summary

The role: As the Web Content & Customer Journey Lead, you will manage the seasonal content calendar and weekly publishing workflow for Patagonia's EMEA eCommerce platform. This position is crucial for ensuring that product and brand content are balanced across regional customer journeys and that web content updates are delivered accurately and on time. You will report to the eCommerce Trade Manager and work closely with global digital, marketing, and development teams to maintain brand consistency and optimize onsite engagement.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in web content management or relevant Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Brand marketing areas. You should have a good understanding of campaign planning and publishing workflows, project and task prioritization, content localization, and multilingual coordination. Additionally, balancing product and brand storytelling is essential, as is a good understanding of CMS tools and front-end collaboration.
