About the Role TYF has been at the forefront of Adventure Education and Environmental Tourism since 1986. Nestled in the heart of Pembrokeshire TYF goes beyond the ordinary residential activity centres by integrating Adventure Education into our school’s programs and our tourism activities. Adventure Education at TYF is more than just adrenaline-pumping activities; it’s a holistic approach that combines outdoor adventures with experiential learning, fostering personal growth, environmental awareness, and a lifelong love for adventure.

Qualifications & Prerequisites: Essential Full UK Driving Licence 16-hour First Aid Delivering water and land activities to individuals and groups of different ages and abilities Hold a portfolio of NGB awards, in two or more of the following: RCI Paddlesport Touring Leader or Sea Kayak Leader ASI Level 1 or equivalent surf qualification A paddleboarding qualification (Ideally BC Coastal SUP Leader or Tidal SUP Leader) NCC Coasteering Guide Award Desirable Hirer-level NGBs D1 (Minibus) and E (Trailer) classifications Beach Lifeguard Mountain Leader (summer) Level 1 Safeguarding Qualification
