Role Summary The GOOD Agency are looking for a Senior Account Executive to play a key role in delivering impactful campaigns for purpose-driven organisations. Working as part of our Client Services team, you'll support the planning and delivery of a diverse range of projects, from brand development and digital campaigns to fundraising and events. You'll build strong client relationships, coordinate projects from briefing through to delivery, and work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure exceptional results. Key Responsibilities Client Services: Develop trusted relationships with our clients; get to know them and their organisation, understand their priorities and how we can work together best Provide account administration by supporting the team with reports on project activity and key meetings, along with maintaining schedules and budgets, to ensure projects are running to time and profit Supporting the management of multiple accounts Assist with every aspect of running all campaigns, helping write creative briefs, managing timings & the budget, managing both internal and external stakeholders right through to delivery Support important client projects, from briefing to delivery across all channels including digital, social, video and print. Business Development (New and existing clients): Provide support to a pitch team, by carrying out desk research and supporting where required on cost estimates etc Research relevant sector media and competitor activity Financial Management: Use the agency finance system, supporting on finance administration, including forecasting, estimates and profitability Obtain quotes from suppliers Team Support and Adminstration Responsibilities: Support the team to deliver outstanding client service to our existing and potential clients Skills & Knowledge: Skills: Strong attention to detail is essential Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Project management/ highly organised Experience / Qualifications: Understand the sectors we work in and the products we offer
Benefits & Salary Salary up to £30,000 Hybrid working, with three days in the office a week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) 25 days paid holiday per calendar year plus public holidays.
