Role Summary
- Manage guest communications before, during, and after their stay via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
- Ensure a seamless guest journey by responding promptly to enquiries, requests, and special arrangements with a personalized approach.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, and other departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Manage reservations, guest profiles, room allocations, and internal systems, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
- Anticipate guest needs, proactively resolve issues, and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Promote hotel services, experiences, and upgrades to enhance both the guest experience and revenue opportunities.
- Maintain detailed guest records and support operational reporting and administrative tasks.
- Ensure all communications reflect the Aethos brand standards and deliver a consistently high level of service.
Role Requirements
- Previous experience in Guest Services, Guest Experience, Front Office, Reservations, or a similar hospitality role.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and guest-focused, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are an advantage.
- Comfortable using hotel management systems and digital communication tools.

Job Overview
Aethos is a growing hospitality brand dedicated to creating exceptional guest experiences through genuine service and thoughtful design. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a passionate Guest Service Agent to join our team at Aethos Mallorca.
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the main point of contact for guests throughout their stay, ensuring every interaction is warm, seamless, and memorable. Working closely with the Front Office team, you will anticipate guests' needs, provide personalized service, and help deliver the outstanding hospitality that defines the Aethos experience.
