We have ambitious growth targets and work to deliver excellence for all clients in the UK and beyond.    About the Opportunity  As a Certification Administrator you will play a crucial role in supporting our Certification teams. You will be part of a supportive and friendly team delivering excellent customer service and handling a wide range of administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include taking calls from new customers wanting to certify their business as organic and being a part of this journey.   Other tasks also include database management, processing applications, and responding to customer inquiries via email and phone. This role offers a great opportunity to grow and develop your skills while learning about organic certification and contributing to an organization dedicated to making a positive impact on the environment.   About You  You will have experience in an administrative role, with a strong track record of providing excellent customer service and supporting colleagues with a wide range of day-to-day tasks. You will be confident responding to enquiries by phone and email, managing busy inboxes, processing information accurately and working with client databases.  You will have experience using Outlook and Excel, and ideally be comfortable with systems such as Teams, SharePoint, and invoicing software. You will be able to manage a varied workload, prioritise effectively and maintain a high level of accuracy when handling applications, records and customer information.  You will also have strong communication and problem-solving skills, with experience supporting customers, clients or stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
