For more information, visit www.ridedott.com THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT DOTT Full-time, permanent and on-site. Our Warsaw site is where Dott's fleet gets a second life, and where we find the innovative solutions that make our assets more sustainable and our business more profitable. We're looking for a Site Operations Manager to run it end to end. In this role, you will oversee the performance of four distinct activity lines and lead three reporting line managers. Additionally, you will take ownership of the site budget while collaborating closely with external vendors and key central leadership. Hold end-to-end accountability for quality, throughput, people performance, and cost delivery across all lines (repairs, refurbishment and fulfilment) Coach direct reports on continuous-improvement practice and inspire trust among ground teams Own the consolidated operations budget: lead annual budgeting, maintain rolling forecasts, and keep spend within approved targets. Track cost and operational performance weekly and monthly; lead corrective action when variances emerge. Plan repair and refurbishment staffing capacity against current and near-term needs and allocate headcount based on where it creates the most business value. Proactively monitor and resolve operational blockers and risks across all pillars before they escalate. Act as the primary stakeholder interface for central leadership, finance, HR, legal. YOU’LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS 7+ years leading warehouse, production, refurbishment, or fulfilment operations, with a track record of measurable results. Hands-on experience managing P&L: budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation for a large operations site. A leader who inspires trust: hands-on, comfortable on the floor, and proven at managing and earning trust across large ground teams. Strong business acumen, using performance and data to guide resource allocation toward what creates the most value for the business. A genuine builder: proven at designing and launching continuous and new initiatives from scratch, not simply executing someone else's playbook. Fully accountable by default, with strong stakeholder management skills: able to communicate operational, financial, and risk updates clearly to senior leadership. Fluent in English and Polish Nice to Have: Experience in micro-mobility, automotive refurbishment, or a related asset-heavy operations environment. Familiarity with Budget reporting Experience managing temporary staffing agency contracts and flexible workforce models. Experience operating through a recent restructuring or team transition.
