The Role We are seeking a Commercial & Strategy Lead to drive growth and performance within our Obesity business unit. This role involves strategic leadership and commercial ownership, requiring you to define strategies, shape value propositions, and drive financial performance. You will work closely with teams across Product, Marketing, Tech, Clinical, and Operations to achieve these goals. Your responsibilities will include owning the P&L, defining market strategies, and ensuring seamless patient experiences.

Job Requirements The ideal candidate will have experience in driving commercial performance and strategic business outcomes, preferably in consulting, scale-ups, or high-growth environments in health or tech industries. You should be capable of leading through influence, managing P&Ls, and making data-driven decisions. Experience in healthcare or regulated environments is a plus.
