Senior Full Stack Engineer

The role: As a Senior Full Stack Engineer in the Scooby-Doo squad, you will primarily focus on evolving and scaling our Python/Django backend services, APIs, and data models. You will also contribute to front-end work using React as needed. This role is ideal for someone who loves backend engineering, system design, and scalability but is also skilled in front-end development.

Job requirements: - 4+ years of full stack or backend engineering experience in a product-focused environment. - Deep expertise in Python, including production-grade systems, testing, and optimization. - Solid experience with Django, Django REST Framework, or similar backend frameworks. - Significant experience designing and evolving REST APIs and integrating with external services. - Proficiency with React or equivalent modern framework for building maintainable UI components. - Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, caching, and performance optimization. - Experience with testing, CI/CD, and observability tools (GitHub Actions, Datadog, Sentry).
