Senior Full Stack Engineer I (Growth & Marketing Technology)

The Role: You will join our Growth team as a Senior Full Stack Engineer, focusing on marketing technology. This role involves building and maintaining systems that enhance our acquisition, activation, and retention strategies across various channels. While marketing technology will be a core part of your role, you will also engage in full-stack initiatives within our Growth Product Squad. This includes developing features, launching experiments, and making iterative improvements based on results.

Job Requirements: We are looking for someone with solid experience as a full stack engineer, ideally with over 3 years in the field. You should be comfortable working across both frontend and backend, possess strong TypeScript/JavaScript skills, and have experience with modern frontend frameworks like React or React Native. Experience in integrating and maintaining marketing technology, such as analytics tools, mobile/web attribution, tag managers, and CRM or lifecycle platforms, is crucial. A strong understanding of event tracking, data quality, and debugging across multiple platforms is also required.

Benefits: Runna offers a competitive salary range of £70,000-£78,000 per year, plus participation in Strava's long-term incentive programs.
