Senior Full Stack Engineer I (Growth)

The role: As a Senior Full Stack Engineer in our Growth Engineering team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the user journey on our platform. This includes architecting, building, testing, and shipping high-impact user journeys and subscription funnels. You will design and run experiments across our web and app platforms to improve conversion rates and ensure a seamless user experience. Your work will involve close collaboration with our product, design, and data teams to prioritize opportunities and make data-driven decisions.

Job requirements: We are looking for someone with strong TypeScript/JavaScript experience and a proven track record of building user-facing product surfaces. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment and have at least 2 years of experience in your main expertise area, whether it be frontend, backend, or full-stack. Experience with Swift, Kotlin, or Next.js is a bonus, as is experience in growth, experimentation, or funnel optimization.

Benefits: Runna offers a competitive salary range of £70,000 to £78,000 per year, along with participation in Strava's long-term incentive programs.
