Senior Full Stack Engineer I (Growth)

The role: As a Senior Full Stack Engineer in our Growth Engineering team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the user journey on both web and app platforms. Your responsibilities will include architecting, building, testing, and shipping high-impact user journeys and subscription funnels. You will design and run experiments to optimize each step of the conversion process, working closely with our Product, Design, and Data teams to prioritize opportunities and make data-driven decisions.

Job requirements: We are looking for someone with strong TypeScript/JavaScript experience and at least 2 years of experience in your main expertise area, whether it be frontend, backend, or full-stack. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment and have a knack for learning from data-driven experiments. Experience with user-facing product surfaces, such as onboarding flows and paywalls, is crucial.

Benefits: Runna offers a competitive salary range of £70,000-£78,000, equity options, and a comprehensive benefits package.
