At Runna, we are dedicated to becoming the leading global training platform for runners. We aim to transform everyday runners into outstanding athletes through our innovative app, which offers world-class training, coaching, and a supportive community. Our rapid growth is fueled by recent achievements, including a $6.5M funding round and recognition as a finalist for the iPhone app of the year by Apple. Following our acquisition by Strava, we are poised for even greater expansion and impact.

The role: As a Staff Full Stack Engineer at Runna, you will be instrumental in shaping our technical direction. This hands-on role involves working across multiple squads within our App Team. You will provide architectural guidance, ensure engineering excellence, and lead the delivery of features across our platforms, including iOS, Android, and Apple Watch, as well as various third-party integrations.

Job requirements: We are seeking a candidate with at least 5 years of professional software engineering experience, including a strong background in TypeScript/JavaScript and full-stack development. Experience in leading the architecture and delivery of large-scale React-Native mobile applications and familiarity with AWS cloud environments is essential. You should be capable of mentoring other engineers, enhancing our engineering processes, and driving projects from design to release.

Benefits: Runna offers a competitive salary range of £108,000-£121,000, equity options, and a comprehensive benefits package. Our benefits include flexible working arrangements, generous holiday allowance, free subscriptions, private health insurance, and more.
