The role We are looking for a Strategy & Commercial Associate to enhance growth and performance in our Obesity business unit. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career in commercial or strategy roles, seeking comprehensive business exposure in a dynamic, regulated environment. You will collaborate with senior commercial leaders and various teams to translate strategic plans into actionable steps and optimize daily performance. Your responsibilities will include commercial analysis, performance tracking, and managing strategic initiatives across Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations sectors.
Job requirements The ideal candidate will have early experience in commercial, strategy, consulting, finance, or analytical roles. Strong analytical skills and confidence in handling data and performance metrics are crucial. You should possess a structured approach to problem-solving and a keen interest in business growth. Effective communication and the ability to work collaboratively across different teams are essential.
