Opportunity Type: Regular Summary: JOB SUMMARY Provides advanced support for quality assurance programs, independently managing QA plans and supporting cross-functional initiatives. Key Responsibilities: ESSENTIAL DUTIES 1) Develops and implements QA plans for assigned products, materials, or processes. 2) Manages project timelines and deliverables. 3) Analyzes QA data and effectiveness. 4) Coordinates with engineering, operations, and vendor teams. 5) Assists in developing QA standards and compliance guidelines. 6) Maintains QA files and analytics dashboards. 7) Supports training and onboarding of new staff. 8) Identifies process improvement opportunities. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Typically requires university degree. Generally 5 years of related professional experience. PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS Degree in quality, engineering, or related field. ASQ or Six Sigma certification. Experience with audits and regulatory compliance. Ability to lead project teams. Hiring Range: The actual salary offered for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including location, internal equity and the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience.
