Role Summary

  • Drive new business growth by working closely with Business Development and Marketing teams

  • Familiarity with CRM and email automation systems
  • Fluency with AI tools
  • Bonus: Experience selling LegalTech, a network in the Legal space, start-up or scale-up experience, proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace

The role

We’re looking for a bright, hard-working and results-oriented Enterprise Account Executive to help drive our new business growth.

You will work with our Business Development team while collaborating closely with our Customer, Marketing, Operations and Product teams, and must love working cross-team and thinking of strategies for winning new customers.

You should be comfortable with technology, be an impactful presenter and be confident speaking to senior decision makers about how technology can improve the way they work.

What you will be doing

Your role is to drive new business growth by:

  • Working closely with our Business Development and Marketing teams to plan and execute outreach to target accounts
  • Conducting discovery calls and software demonstrations with key decision makers
  • Nurturing opportunities through the sales pipeline and driving them to close
  • Managing the handover process for closed accounts from Business Development to our Account Management and Customer Success teams
  • Training and mentoring more junior members of the team
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of the product and use cases
  • Helping to refine and improve BD processes and strategy

Requirements

What we need from you

  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience selling SaaS products to strategic and enterprise organisations
  • The drive and self-discipline to follow process and manage your own workload with limited oversight
  • Strong communication, listening and relationship-building skills, and the confidence to speak intelligently to senior decision makers
  • High standards of integrity and trust
  • A friendly, supportive approach and genuine enjoyment in helping the people around you succeed
  • Familiarity with CRM and email automation systems
  • Fluency with AI tools in your day-to-day work, for example researching accounts, drafting outreach, preparing for calls and keeping your CRM current

Bonus points for the following

  • Experience selling LegalTech to large strategic and enterprise law firms
  • An existing network of C-level or similar contacts in the Legal space. Particularly interested in Innovation or Digital transformation contacts.
  • Experience working in a start-up or scale-up
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace products, such as Excel, Google Sheets and PowerPoint
