This role combines expert destination knowledge, consultative sales, and personalised itinerary design to create exceptional tailor-made safari experiences across East Africa. The East Africa Specialist manages the complete guest journey from initial enquiry through to booking confirmation, offering informed advice, seamless communication, and attentive service throughout. Working closely with internal teams, the role builds lasting guest relationships while achieving commercial targets and ensuring every booking reflects Asilia’s standards of quality, care, and authenticity.
