We just landed in America. We need people to help us take it. WeRoad is a group-travel company that does one thing obsessively well: we put strangers on a plane and they come home with a group chat they'll never leave. 300,000 travelers so far. 60% come back for a second trip. 4.7 on Trustpilot across 18,000 reviews. We've been doing this across Europe for years. We launched in the US this May. Which means right now, on your campus, almost nobody has heard of us, and that is exactly the problem we want you to solve. Being a Campus Roadie is not handing out flyers outside the library. It's running the WeRoad brand on your campus like it's your own: your ideas, your channels, your friends, your events. We'll give you the budget, the merch, the code with your name on it, and a direct line to our US team. What happens next is genuinely up to you. You'll get paid for every person you send on a trip. And if you're good at this, you'll be on one yourself. What you'll actually do Be the WeRoad person on campus. Own the brand where you are. Clubs, sports teams, Greek life, grad programs, the study-abroad office, that one group chat with 400 people in it. You know the doors. We don't. Make things happen in real life. Host WeRoad meet-ups, pre-Spring-Break travel nights, a pub quiz, a gear giveaway β€” whatever actually gets your people in a room. We'll fund it. You'll have our WeMeet events platform to run it properly. Make things people want to watch. Two to four posts a month on your own channels: TikToks, stories, a campus travel poll, a "where's everyone going for Spring Break" thread. Real, not corporate. We'd rather you were funny than polished. Bring travelers. You get a personal code for your campus. Every confirmed booking on it pays you. Tell us the truth. A short check-in every two weeks: what worked, what flopped, what students on your campus actually want. This is the part we'll fight over β€” your read on the market is worth as much to us as your bookings. What you get $100 for every confirmed traveler who books with your code. Uncapped and paid monthly. Milestones & what you unlock Day one: Campus Roadie welcome kit, your personal code, and $100 off your own first WeRoad trip 8 travelers : Second merch drop + a feature on WeRoad's US social channels 15 travelers: A free WeRoad trip up to $1500 And the stuff that isn't money. A real reference from a real company. Direct access to our US team: you'll be on calls with the people making the decisions, not an intern coordinator. A crash course in growth marketing, events and community-building that you get to put your own name on. And an event budget you control. Who we're looking for You do not need a marketing degree, a follower count, or travel experience. Nineteen campuses, six Roadies. Here's what we're actually screening for: You're the one who organizes things. When your friends go somewhere, it's because you made it happen. This is the whole job. You'd rather do it than plan it. We're giving you a blank page and a small budget. If that sounds stressful rather than fun, this isn't the one. You know your campus properly. Not just your friends β€” the clubs, the calendar, the group chats, where people actually look for things to do. You can hold a room. Fifteen people showing up to something you organized is the bar. You like travel the way we like travel. Less resort, more "we met on day one and now we're planning a reunion." Eligibility Currently enrolled at one of our pilot universities for the full Fall '26 semester 20 years old or over Authorized to work in the US as an independent contractor Able to commit roughly 5 hours a week, on your own schedule, through December 12 Happy to disclose your partnership with WeRoad on sponsored posts, because that's the law and also just decent How to apply No cover letter. 1. Fill in the form at weroad.com/campus-ambassador β€” five questions, ten minutes. 2. Send us something. A 60-second video, a slide, a voice note, a meme β€” your pitch for the one thing you'd do on your campus in your first month. Format is your call. Make it good. 3. If we like it, a 20-minute video call with our US team. Applications close August 28, 2026.
