Together, we aim to revolutionise transport and logistics in Africa’s cities. ‍ Job Summary: As a Senior Product Management Associate at SafeBoda, you will play a crucial role in driving innovative product experiences for our diverse user base. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, customer advocacy, and product innovation. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, curious, and passionate person to innovate and execute across a rapidly growing, fast-paced company.  ‍ Key Responsibilities: Contribute to the development and enhancement of Apps in the SafeBoda ecosystem, focusing on solving customer problems and improving the overall app functionality. Work as an integral part of a dynamic team to deliver and enhance exceptional product experiences consistently. Actively understand and represent customer needs, ensuring our Apps meet these needs and address key business challenges. Collaborate with the engineering team to incorporate customer feedback and insights, helping to refine and improve our products. Promote a team environment that values inclusion and collaboration, where every team member feels engaged and valued. Participate in various stages of product development, including identifying new opportunities, assisting in planning and road mapping, prioritizing tasks, and contributing to feature design and user testing processes. ‍ Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, or related field. At least 1-2 years of experience in product or program management, with a focus on end-user facing products, B2C, and B2B  mobile applications. Familiarity with the software development life-cycle, including coding, testing, and quality monitoring. Be emotionally intelligent, humble, and excited to work within a team with a diverse set of experiences, backgrounds, and skills.  Exhibit the ability to navigate ambiguity, juggle multiple tasks, think independently, and problem-solve. Strong undergraduate degree (or higher) with demonstrated strong academic performance.
