The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Shop Manager to join the team at the V&A Museum. We're looking for an enthusiastic and inspiring leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for every visitor. As Shop Manager, you'll lead a dedicated retail team, oversee the day-to-day running of the shop, and help drive its commercial success. Working closely with colleagues across the museum, you'll play an important role in ensuring our visitors enjoy a welcoming and seamless experience from start to finish.
