BFB Labs is a sector-leading social enterprise bringing together clinical excellence and digital technologies to enable better youth mental health. bfb-labs.com The Role We are looking for a self-motivated and flexible individual to engage with professionals, families, and young people, arrange and conduct interviews, and create long- and short-form case study content based on their experiences. The ideal candidate will be highly organised and able to build a strong rapport with participants, successfully turning their insights into compelling narratives applicable to different audiences and in different formats. Key Responsibilities Reach out to professionals / families / young people who have engaged with our products to arrange online interviews at a time that suits them. Conduct interviews to gather insight into their experience to fulfil identified business needs. This may include case studies for evaluations, short stories for stakeholder engagement or social media content for promotional activity. Create required long and short-form content / assets from gathered insights. Manage your own diary and maintain accurate records including, recordings, transcripts and distribution of ‘thank you vouchers’. Report any improvement opportunities to relevant internal departments. Identify and highlight potential case studies for media engagement facilitating the passing of the relationship to relevant colleagues. Support the ongoing development of a comprehensive and streamlined case study generation process. The Ideal Candidate Has: A natural curiosity for people and understanding their experiences Experience of conducting interviews in a research or journalistic setting is ideal but not essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong rapport. Strong written skills with the ability to adapt style as required for varied formats and business needs. Good attention to detail, organisational and time management skills Happy to work independently and flexibility to meet the needs of the role and desired outcomes.
