About the role Responsibilities: Own organic marketing including SEO, ASO, CRM, Email and Blogging. Managing and executing CRM campaigns to ensure monthly updates and consistent engagement. Overseeing website updates and optimising for content and user experience. Managing PR initiatives to boost Emma’s visibility. Developing blog posts and careers content to attract both users and talent. Building and growing our community of Emma users through engaging content and activities. Managing brand assets, creating decks, and supporting affiliates and presentations. Who we are looking for: 3+ years of experience in organic or growth marketing roles — ideally within a high-growth startup or fintech company. Hands on experience growing a user base for an app or similar product. Experience with technical SEO and an understanding of how to structure content for search visibility. Strong writing skills with a portfolio of website copy, blog posts, product updates, or lifecycle email campaigns. Familiar with CRM or email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Braze, or similar). Experience managing content calendars and coordinating with design or product teams. Passionate about fintech and aligned with Emma’s mission to empower people financially. A team player with strong attention to detail and a love for clear, compelling communication. Excited to join a fast-paced team and help shape Emma’s voice across our owned channels.
