The Role We are looking for an organised and proactive Accounts Payable Officer to join the V&A’s Finance Operations team on a part-time, 9-month fixed-term maternity cover contract. You will support the delivery of an efficient and accurate Accounts Payable service across the V&A Museum and V&A Enterprises. Key responsibilities include processing supplier invoices, employee and volunteer expenses, supporting weekly payment runs, maintaining supplier records, completing reconciliations and responding to supplier and internal queries. You will have previous Accounts Payable experience, strong attention to detail and good Excel and systems skills. You will be confident communicating with suppliers and colleagues and committed to delivering excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative Finance Operations team and contribute to the effective delivery of financial services across the V&A.
