This is a promising opportunity to influence and action sustainability policies at a significantly large scale.

  • Role Summary:
  • Manage Google Ads Grants to boost traffic to ICLEI's website.
  • Design ads with high click-through rates and manage at least 10 campaigns per month on different ICLEI web domains.
  • Ensure grant compliance and work with the Global Communications Team to plan, monitor, and optimize campaign performance and budget utilization.
  • Participate in bi-monthly meetings with ICLEI representatives to discuss ongoing strategies.
  • Role Requirements:
  • Past experience and proven success in grant or ad campaign management, preferably in the non-profit or sustainability sector.
  • Must share details of relevant work experience and references from similar projects in your proposal.

Our mission is to influence sustainability policy and drive local action for zero emission, nature-based, equitable, resilient, and circular development.

The role: As a Grant Manager, you will be responsible for managing Google Ads grants to maximize traffic to ICLEI's websites. This includes developing ads with high click-through rates, creating and managing at least 10 campaigns per month across multiple ICLEI web domains, and ensuring compliance with grant requirements. You will work closely with the Global Communications Team to plan and implement these campaigns, monitor performance, and adjust strategies to optimize results and budget utilization. Regular meetings with ICLEI representatives every two months are expected to monitor and plan ongoing strategies.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in grant or ad campaign management, preferably in the non-profit or sustainability field. A description of relevant past experience and references from similar projects will be required in your proposal.

Benefits: This position offers the opportunity to engage with various global audiences and significantly impact ICLEI's visibility and engagement with its target audiences. The contract will last for up to four years, with the possibility of termination by either party under specific conditions.
