- As a Growth Strategist, your role will be crucial in scaling the referral process.
- You'll join a new team which will focus on creating product features and strategies to engage and attract more members into the community.
- Your tasks will also include devising and monitoring experiments, assessing user behavior data, setting up measurement protocols, and developing tracking solutions.
- Collaborating closely with Brand, Growth, and Product Marketing, you'll integrate marketing activities into viral strategies and potentially participate in in-person marketing events.
- The ideal candidate for this role would have a solid background in data or maths, with a knack for SQL, running experiments, and utilising A/B testing tools.
- Experience with gamification techniques, consumer psychology, and exposure to different marketing channels are desirable.

The role: As a Growth Strategist, you will help scale our referral engine by joining a new squad focused on delivering product features and real-life magic that encourages our current members to bring more friends into our community. You will design and run experiments both on and off the product, including referral flows, shareables, waitlists, and community prompts. You will also analyze data to understand user behavior, define measurement approaches, and build tracking solutions. Partnering closely with Brand, Growth, and Product Marketing, you will blend marketing activity into virality plays and may attend in-person marketing events.
Job requirements: We are looking for someone data literate, ideally with a background in maths/data, now looking to transition to the strategy/business side. You should have experience with SQL, running experiments, and using A/B testing tools. Knowledge of gamification techniques and consumer psychology is preferred, along with exposure to various marketing channels.
