Role Summary
  • Lead the execution of market research, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
  • Design questionnaires, create discussion guides and analyse data sets and studies to generate actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders including agencies, suppliers and colleagues for project delivery.
  • Communicate research insights and market research outcomes throughout the organisation.
  • Manage the market research budget, tracking spend and regularly reporting on status.
Role Requirements
  • A background in delivering market research, both quantitative and qualitative.
  • Experience in designing research materials and analysing data sets.
  • Advanced knowledge in analytical techniques to interpret complex data.
  • Exceptional prioritisation skills with experience managing multiple projects and budgets.
  • Experience in line managing a small team, providing advice and support.

The Role: You will lead the delivery of market research using both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. You will design questionnaires, produce discussion guides, analyse data sets and studies to generate clear actionable insights. You will develop end-to-end market research projects including design frameworks and facilitation materials. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including agencies, suppliers, and Woodland Trust colleagues to support projects from contracting through to delivery ensuring they are on time, within scope, and on budget. You will communicate insight and market research project outcomes across the organisation through written reports, presentations, and briefings. You will manage the market research budget by tracking spend and reporting the status monthly.

Job Requirements: We are looking for candidates who have experience delivering market research using both quantitative and qualitative methodologies, strong collaboration and communication skills, experience designing research materials, and experience analysing data sets and researching studies to generate actionable insights and make recommendations. Knowledge of analytical techniques to interpret complex data and translate it into clear insights is essential. Strong prioritisation skills with experience managing multiple projects and budgets are required. Experience line managing a small team providing advice and support is also necessary.
