We strive so we can ensure that our 10 million community of sports enthusiasts have an excellent experience at every touch point.
The role: As a Merchandising and Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for merchandising products and sale events from stock list to website, ensuring an immaculate member experience. You will manage your portfolio of purchase orders for your sale events, using our ERP systems, and take steps to ensure timely delivery to our warehouse. Additionally, you will reconcile POs against deliveries and invoices and resolve issues raised by our customer service team related to merchandising. You will also reply to queries from suppliers and colleagues in a timely and effective manner.
Job requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a desire to learn quickly, previous experience with Microsoft Excel and content-management systems, a high attention to detail, the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines, strong time management skills with a natural ability to task-switch and plan ahead, a desire to think commercially and a passion for selling, and the ability to problem solve effectively. Strong written English and verbal communication skills are essential. Interest and/or experience in the outdoor market, previous experience in operations and using ERP systems, a passion for retail, and a passion for sport are nice to have but not essential.
Benefits: We offer a friendly and dynamic working environment with a Core Hours working pattern (10am-4pm). You will get 25 days of holiday a year as standard with the opportunity to purchase an additional 5 days. Our Bank Holidays are flexible as well. You can work anywhere in the world for up to 30 working days a year. We provide a workplace pension, a Learning and Development budget available to all employees, staff discount for access to great quality kit, Lunch & Learn sessions, and socials with a budget that grows every time we hit our targets. A hybrid working model is mostly remote, but office perks include free food and drink, healthy snacks, fresh fruit, and other treats like Chocolate Hobnobs.
