Senior Logistics Lead (Maternity Cover 12 months)

The role: We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Logistics Lead to take end-to-end ownership of the movement of goods from our factories to global warehouses. This role sits at the heart of our supply chain, providing leadership through expertise, visibility, and decision-making rather than formal people management. This role is Maternity cover and the contract will last 1 year. You will partner closely with Product Developers, Finance, Data, Sales, 3PL warehouses and vendors to ensure orders move on time, risks are identified early, and processes continually improve.

Job requirements: 3-5 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain or operations, ideally in a fast-moving or international environment. Strong operational ownership with the ability to manage complex, high-volume orders end to end. Advanced working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets; comfortable managing data and building clear trackers. Confident communicator, able to influence across teams and with external partners. Proactive problem-solver with strong commercial awareness around cost, timing and risk. Highly organised, detail-driven and comfortable balancing multiple priorities. Leadership mindset - able to guide, advise and raise standards without direct line management responsibility.
