This is a great opportunity to join the UK Committee for UNICEF (UNICEF UK) as our Interim Director of Finance.

As Interim Director of Finance, you will provide strategic financial leadership during a key period for UNICEF UK, ensuring a high-quality, trusted finance service and the responsible stewardship of funds to maximise impact for children. Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer, Executive Team and Board, you will help shape decision-making, drive performance and support the organisation’s future success.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced and credible finance leader who can quickly build trust and influence at all levels. You will bring the integrity, expertise and strategic perspective needed to guide decision-making, provide constructive challenge, and drive continuous financial service delivery. Alongside this, you will inspire, support and develop a high-performing team through an empathetic, collaborative and pragmatic leadership style, ensuring the finance function remains well-positioned for future success.
