Job Title: Bookshop Manager (Knowle) Location: Knowle, United Kingdom Contract type: Permanent Starting Salary: £22,548 per annum, pro rata Hours: 34 hours per week Closing date: 31st August 2026 We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Bookshop Manager to lead our team in Knowle. In this role, you will manage the operational and financial performance of the shop, maximising sales, profits, and donations to support Oxfam's work.

Key Responsibilities: - Lead, manage, and motivate a team of volunteers and staff to create a positive environment. - Oversee the daily operations of the shop, ensuring high standards of customer service. - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets. - Management of stock, ensuring that it is displayed attractively and sold efficiently. - Handle administrative tasks such as cash handling and reporting.

Person Specification: - Previous experience in retail management is essential. - Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a diverse team. - Excellent customer service skills and a passion for Oxfam's mission. - Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
