MHPSS FACILITATOR *4

Oxfam is a global movement of people working together to end the injustice of poverty. Do you have minimum 1-2 years of experience facilitating MHPSS/PSS, community-based, protection, education or social activities in humanitarian or development contexts? Do you have good understanding of MHPSS, Psychological First Aid (PFA), safe referrals, protection principles, safeguarding and confidentiality? Do you have strong facilitation and group management skills, with the ability to deliver age-, gender- and disability-sensitive activities? If the answer is yes, then we would like to hear from you. The Role: Oxfam in Lebanon works at local, national, and international levels to support crisis-affected populations to access safe, inclusive and accountable protection and basic services. The MHPSS Facilitator will contribute to strengthening psychosocial wellbeing and resilience among individuals affected by conflict and displacement through safe, structured and community-based MHPSS activities.
