Oxfam is a global movement of people working together to end the injustice of poverty. Do you have minimum 2-3 years of experience in MHPSS, protection, social work, case management or community-based programming in humanitarian or development contexts ? Do you have Strong organizational skills, including the ability to develop workplans, follow up on field implementation, monitor quality and prioritize tasks under pressure? Do you have Strong understanding of MHPSS principles, group psychosocial support, Psychological First Aid (PFA), safe referrals, safeguarding, confidentiality and do-no-harm ? The Role: Oxfam in Lebanon works at local, national, and international levels to support crisis-affected populations to access safe, inclusive and accountable protection and basic services. The MHPSS Officer will contribute to strengthening psychosocial wellbeing and resilience among individuals affected by conflict and displacement by ensuring quality implementation, supervision and coordination of community-based MHPSS activities.
