Historic England has a fantastic opportunity for you to join us as our Regional Director - East of England. This is a full time, permanent contract position. The salary for this role is £74,000 per annum. The location of this role is Cambridge, inclusive with hybrid working. What you will be doing The Regional Director is the senior representative of Historic England across the East of England and a powerful and public advocate for Historic England, the historic environment and the positive part heritage plays in society. In this role, you will lead HE staff based in the region to improve lives by championing and protecting the historic environment. You will support Historic England’s national work by driving the development and delivery of corporate projects and policies.
