Technical Recruiter (Deployment and Manufacturing)

Rivan Industries (Rivan.com) is a vertically integrated synthetic fuel company designed to decarbonise industries that can’t be electrified. Over the past 2 years, we’ve designed and manufactured a modular synthetic fuel plant consisting of a DAC system, an Alkaline Electrolyser, and a Sabatier Reactor, vertically integrating with off-grid DC solar and the European gas-grid. We’ve recently deployed the UK’s largest synthetic fuel plant and are planning to 1000x this scale in the next 2 years. We now have a clear line of sight to producing synthetic fuels cheaper than fossil over the next 5-10 years, becoming the first company in history to achieve this. We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter with a proven record of placing elite technical talent in companies that deploy hardware/ infrastructure, or in manufacturing settings, to help scale our deployment and manufacturing functions from 1’s to 100’s of people over the next 2 years.

The role: Find top talent and convert them into hires. Conduct TAM searches across industries, building candidate pipelines and conducting outreach and filter interviews. Build networks and relationships with top companies and talent sources Pipelining future candidates. Record and manage the data from your searches, using this and progression metrics to calibrate searches.

Core skills: 2+ years of experience recruiting for top-tier talent in infrastructure/ manufacturing settings.

Bonus skills: Experience of being an internal recruiter at a fast growing, VC backed company.
