Join one of the world's leading museums and help shape the future of conservation at the V&A. We're seeking an experienced Lead Conservator to provide technical and strategic leadership for our Books, Paper and Photographs conservation team. Reporting to the Head of Conservation, you'll lead a team of specialist conservators, oversee major conservation initiatives, support exhibitions, loans, and capital projects, and help drive innovation and best practice across the department.

You'll bring: significant expertise in the conservation of books, paper and photographs; proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams; strong project delivery, resource management and stakeholder engagement skills; a passion for research, knowledge sharing and advancing conservation practice.
