Coffee Trainer (London Academies)

As a Coffee Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective training sessions to aspiring coffee professionals, equipping them with the skills and knowledge required to excel in the specialty coffee industry. Your role will involve working closely with participants to ensure they not only learn the technical skills of coffee preparation and service but also gain confidence and a sense of community in their pursuit of employment.

**About the Role:** You will design and deliver training programs tailored to different levels of experience, from beginners to advanced coffee enthusiasts. This includes conducting practical demonstrations, providing feedback on skill development, and mentoring trainees throughout the experience. You will also collaborate with other trainers and staff members to continuously improve the training curriculum and ensure it meets the needs of the industry.

**Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver high-quality training sessions in both practical and theoretical aspects of coffee. - Assess participants’ progress and provide constructive feedback. - Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. - Collaborate with the program team to develop and refine training materials. - Engage with industry partners to keep training relevant and up-to-date.

**Requirements:** - Passion for coffee and a strong understanding of coffee preparation and brewing techniques. - Previous experience in training or teaching, preferably in a hospitality or coffee setting. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to motivate and inspire participants. - Commitment to the mission and values of Well Grounded.
