Responsibilities Work closely with the Senior Art Director to translate creative direction into practical production plans, ensuring shoots deliver against the agreed concept, brief and brand standards. Lead the planning, production and delivery of BAU creative shoots, ensuring each project is properly scoped, scheduled, briefed, budgeted and delivered to a high standard. Manage campaign shoot logistics from concept to completion, including travel planning, accommodation, itineraries, call sheets, contributors, locations, timings, equipment needs, permissions and on-the-day requirements. Brief photographers, directors, and other creatives on productions – including creative, deliverables, timelines, usage needs and brand expectations. Build out creative briefing decks as part of this process. Manage a black book of contributing photographers and other creatives and pull in own network and contacts to support with relevant projects. Coordinate with hotels, PR teams, partners, contributors and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on shoot plans. Act as the central point of contact for shoot-related planning and production. Manage pre-production, production and post-production workflows, ensuring assets are delivered, reviewed, approved and shared with relevant teams. Be responsible for creative team budget, reporting into the finance team and head of department each month. Manage shoot fees, travel costs and production spend, ensuring costs are agreed, recorded and logged responsibly. Create and share monthly reporting decks showcasing completed and in-progress work with the wider marketing team and Ops board. Identify and keep up to date with creative, production and content best practice, applying this knowledge to improve processes, quality and efficiency.
Skills/requirements 3+ years’ experience in a production or brand-focused creative role. An interest in photography and motion. Experience planning and managing shoots, including logistics, travel, contributors, schedules, briefs, call sheets, budgets and asset delivery. Strong organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple timelines, stakeholders and deliverables at once. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to brief contributors clearly and keep internal teams aligned from concept to delivery. A natural collaborator, comfortable working across teams, functions and geographies. Good creative judgement, with a strong understanding of brand, digital culture, social media and internet trends. Budget awareness, with the ability to track contributor fees, travel costs and production spend. A proactive problem-solver who enjoys working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment. Good working relationships with industry contacts in photography and motion.
