Enterprise Nation produces a high volume of content across web, email, social media, webinars, partner campaigns and community activity. This content supports small businesses directly, helps partners reach and engage SME audiences, and strengthens Enterprise Nation's role as a trusted voice for the UK's small business community.
The role We're looking for a content manager to help deliver content across our partner programmes and our community. This is a hands-on role at the centre of a small, fast-moving marketing team. You'll produce and publish content across the Enterprise Nation platform, from programme and campaign copy to community features, event pages and member stories. You'll keep our contracted partner deliverables running to deadline, and help maintain the quality and consistency of everything we publish. Our ideal candidate is a confident writer and a reliable finisher, comfortable juggling several deadlines at once in a fast-paced environment. They are genuinely excited about AI and what it can do for content, with the editorial judgement to know when something needs a human. You'll report to the head of marketing.
Key responsibilities Programme and partner content Produce and publish content for Enterprise Nation programmes and partner campaigns, including landing pages, guides, case studies, promotional copy and webinar pages. Keep contracted partner deliverables on track and delivered to deadline. Publish and maintain service and directory listings, making sure contracted deliverables never lapse. Community and editorial content Write and publish community content, member stories and interviews. Build and maintain content hubs across themes such as next generation (young founders), female founders and AI. Review and publish event copy and event pages across Eventbrite, CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and our CMS, Storyblok. Produce webinar and event pages, and manage the follow-up content that supports them. Quality, SEO and platform upkeep Support SEO across the platform, including on-page optimisation, metadata and reporting. Maintain high editorial standards across everything published, including spelling, grammar, formatting, accessibility and consistency of tone. Manage the asset library and keep platform content accurate and up to date. AI and content operations Use approved AI tools as a standard part of producing, editing and maintaining content. Apply editorial judgement to AI-assisted work, so that everything published is accurate, useful and written in Enterprise Nation's tone of voice.
About you Experience in a content, editorial or marketing role, with a strong track record of publishing to deadline Excellent writing and editing skills, and a keen eye for detail Comfortable working with a CMS and publishing content independently Confident using AI tools in day-to-day content work Working knowledge of SEO, including on-page optimisation and metadata Highly organised, with the ability to manage several projects at once and meet competing deadlines Comfortable working independently and as part of a small collaborative team An interest in small business, and the ability to write clearly for a small business audience
