Activator (self-employed, flexible)

PodGolf is on a mission to make golf something you can play whenever you want, five minutes from home. We run self-service indoor golf pods — powered by Trackman — that are open and unmanned across London, and we're now expanding nationally. As we grow, we're building a network of local Activators to keep every pod running beautifully.

What it is

Our pods look after themselves most of the time. But every now and then something needs a real person on site — letting in an engineer, sorting a stuck door, having a clean up or restarting a piece of kit. That's where you come in. When something comes up near you, we give you a call; you pop in, sort it, and we pay you for the visit. It's genuinely flexible, self-employed work.

What you'll do

• Attend your local pod when we need a hand. Usually quick, always guided by a checklist and a phone call.
• Be our eyes and hands on the ground: the odd photo check-in, restarting equipment, replacing a broken club.
• Help keep the pod somewhere golfers love coming back to

• £30 per callout (£40 for out-of-hours) or PodGolf Credit

Who we're looking for

• Reliable, practical, and happy following simple instructions
• Comfortable with basic tech — WhatsApp, photos, a checklist
• Into golf? A lovely bonus, not a must
• Over 18 and able to work as a self-employed contractor in the UK
